Don and his wife Teresa live in Glassboro, NJ - a suburb of Philadelphia, having both grown up in the Philadelphia area.
Frist and foremost a Family man, Don and Teresa have been married for over 50 years. They are pictured here with their beautiful family at a wedding in Ocean City, NJ.
Sons Donnie and Joe are both married [Danielle & Tara] and each has 2 young adult children - Mia, Joey, Nina and Santino.

Don Freda started his business career in 1971 as a Cutco Sales Rep for Wear-Ever Aluminum, Inc. while still in college at Widener University in Chester PA. In 1972, as a new District Manager, Don was inducted into the Wear-Ever Hall of Fame for his record breaking performance.
Mr. Freda was the Founder of Commercial Utility Consultants in 1975. CUC works with corporate and industrial clients across America. It has over 10,000 commercial clients and is still operational today and Mr. Freda still does consulting work for the company.
In 1977, Don returned to the Cutco business and, starting by himself - 1 person - he launched the organization that he would build into Vector Marketing Corporation. The Company has sold over $5 Billion worth of Cutco since Don started it. You can learn more about the launch and building of Vector HERE.
Retiring from Vector after 19 years as it's Leader, President & CEO and Chairman of the Board, Don went to work as President of Sales at CollegeClub.com, an early stage social media company. Don build a team that enrolled over 100,000 merchants across America and over 3,000,000 college members before the company was crushed when the Internet bubble burst.
Prior to officially launching STRIVE Don spend 6 years on the Board of Directors of the Direct Selling Association. While at the DSA, he was Chairman of the Long Range Planning Committee.
In addition to his direct business interests, Don is a U.S Patent Holder for his Board Game "Chronicles" which he designed and developed along with his son Donnie.
Don is also a published author - his book "Outside Influences" is available on Amazon.
Don also wrote and produced a feature length film called "Our Summer Movie."
